![]() rangers are very good if you manage their pet properly. also certain clerics (esp eothas, magran, and skaen). the best conversation characters are therefore back row or lightly armed (rogues and certain other class builds). resolve and might have a few important checks. Intellect and perception are the main conversation stats. Make a sword and board plate monk, nobody’s going to arrest you PoE will flex to fit just about any concept you throw at it if you’re not on highest difficulty. Jesus! Jesus Christ! Say his name! Jesus! Jesus! Come down now! Like monks definitely have to be unarmed but do they have to go unarmored? In opposition to the above is it still possible to just play PoE1 and choose what you think look or sounds cool regardless of effectiveness and still have it all turn out ok? PirateBob fucked around with this message at 22:21 on Mar 27, 2019 I suck at Real Time with Pause, it kinda overwhelms me unless I hit pause very often, which I'd rather not do. I'll be playing on the mid difficulty level probably. Looking for something slightly OP for PoE too. Thanks to whoever recommended Paladin+Chanter for Deadfire in this thread, it worked a treat! It was pretty OP most of the time, just like I wanted so I could focus on other things than scraping through battles. I'm assuming a few things were changed between the games? Played a bit of 1 back when it came out, but I barely remember anything of it.Ĭan I get some info please? Builds, attributes, most important skills for dialogue/reactivity etc. Tyranny has a strong icewind dale energy compared to PoE. Going with old memories but the jist is correct in that the order you do things and the people you side with will shut down areas and dungeons. Also I think the big dungeon in the Crossing locks in some paths as well IIRC correctly It's impossible on the Rebel path and choosing to go to the crossing first on any other path locks out at least one Edict. This is interesting to me because I went in blind and broke every edict on my one and only playthrough.
